Oh what a week that was.
Hi lovely ladies what a week i have had ,hospital went well on Tuesday found out we are both depressed so doctor put us both on medication Dave took his first tablet on Wednesday and had an allergic reaction and i rang NHS direct and they sent an ambulance straight away because he had stroke like symptom's and his face was going into spasms it was very scary so to cut a long story short we where in hospital from 8 o clock PM and got home at 2.30 am after they had given Dave an injection to reduce the spasms and check he was okay. Thursday my son gave us a surprise visit early in the morning as he was worried about his dad we had a lovely day with him and my other son Dean came round and my daughter Hayley and they all helped to take down the decorations and help me tidy up.Hospital on Friday and again this Monday but on a positive note things are now improving and we are starting to have good days at last.I thought i would show you pictures of my granddaughters in their cardigans when we had a small family gathering last Sunday and their hats ,don,t they look adorable and Oliver in his hat and Oliver and Thomas posing for the camera not to be out done by the girls they all enjoy posing for the camera can,t you tell and David and Jessica asleep on Xmas day they here both very poorly but it did make a lovely photo,Well that,s me for this week doing more knitting at the moment will share with you soon and maybe some sewing projects so have a good week hugs Pat.

How scary that must have been to see him having a reaction to his meds.
The girls are adorable in their beautful sweaters! What a great job you did.
The boys are rather cute too!
What lovely photos and gorgeous children Pat .... love the pair of sleeping beauties too. Hope Dave is getting over his reaction ... how scary that must have been. Take care of yourself x
lovely, lovely kids and cards! that last pic is PRICELESS.
what a scary time with the allergeic reaction, but, I have to know, after the allergic reaction, was Dave more or less depressed? ;-)
I'm so sorry you've had a bad time. Those photographs are just lovely!!! Look after yourself Pat.
Lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi Pat
Sorry to hear the year hasn't got off to the best of starts, but there's hope that things can only get better! Such a pretty photo of the children.

Sorry to hear you are both feeling down - its not unusual in the circumstances, but the reaction would have been really scarey. What beautiful models you have for all your work Pat - little stunners! Take care of yourselves. xxxxx
What wonderful photos Pat. Thank you for sharing them. I am so sorry that it was a rough week for you all. My goodness you all have been through so much. Lets hope that from now on it will be smooth sailing.
Enjoy your day.
hugs,

Hi Pat!
Happy New Year! Bless your heart, there seems to already be some challenges in the new year! You are doing a wonderful job keeping up your spirits; there is not much you can control right now. Unfortunately in our lives the only thing we can ever control is our attitudes (I don't do a very good job in that department!) The Lord sees us through no matter the trouble and you are a blessing to all of us and showing us a positive way to deal with difficulties.
I love your sewing room! It is amazing how we allow things to get drab and just a little bit of sprucing up can lift our spirits and make huge improvements to the room! Good job on your cardigans; they turned out cute!
Take care! You are in my prayers!

What lovely, lovely photos! I hope the year starts to pick up for you both very soon.
Sorry to hear you've both been diagnosed with depression, I walked that road too a few years ago, medication is the right way to go and I'm sure you will soon be feeling better......poor Dave, my daughter has a severe nut allergy and has suffered a few episodes of an allergic reaction, but luckily she carries an epipen (shot of adrenelin) everywhere she goes......very scary when it happens though.
Love all your beautiful knitted makes, lovely pictures of your grandchildren, especially the two snoozing away in the armchair.
take care, florrie x
I wish you and Dave the best and hope he will get better sooner than ever! And i'm glad that scary moment is gone and you're having good days now.
