Friends

Thank you thank you for all your kind words and thoughts, you are truly friends l can rely on,now words might come out a bit junmbled up as my thoughts and my head are all over the place so please excuse me while l try to be normal Dave had his bloods done today and a chest Xray he has his pre op on Wednesday morning and on the afternoon he has his MRI and they have given him a date for his surgery on the 29 of this month it is all moving very quickly which is good but also very scary.this is not a place l want to be l want to be a million miles away but l can not. Dave went in to work his morning to tell them and to pick up his tools as he is on a new job on Monday it is a new hospital at Nottingham well the head of the office phoned me to say they just heard where Dave is working it is a cancer unit,they gave him the choice and he said he will work there how ironic. We are off to a suprise birthday party in Birmingham the weekend as he wants life to go on as usual so that,s what we are doing that,s why l am blogging l did not think l would but your messages have gone to my heart and have given me strentgh thank you, so here,s yesterdays planned blog some cardigans l have knitted White one for new baby Chloe
Green and orange for Tabetha to go with the orange skirt
Torquise one for Jessica and some dresses l have made

little blue one also for baby Chloe Jessica already has one in this fabric and Maisy is modeling an outfit l have smocked l also made her a hat and a bag to match jess also has this outfit l will share with you photos another day it is from designer smocking tots to teens and l follow this very talented lady on my side bar she is one of the designers and this is one his her design s, but l have found a few lovely ladies and silly me not sure which one ,well thats all for now l am shattered so all of you have a great weekend and l hope to be back next week hugs Pat the lovely lady designer is Dadelion avenue l have found you.

I think my favourite would have to be the green and orange cardigan and the fab orange skirt, I always use to dress Jamie in strong colours... then she went all pink on me... now she's into blues... go figure! lol

you are such a clever lady and big hugs to your dear DH... have a super weekend and be strong... we are here should you need us! xxx

I pray your husband's test results turn out well. I am sure it is very scary for you. Your outfits turned out lovely. And your suntop and capris look adorable with the hat and bag. You did a terrific job!!! Thank you for letting me know about them!

Hi Pat
Thanks for your comment regarding the elderflower cordial - I used granulated sugar but either would do. Had some problems with getting the right bottle and it not cracking when I sterilised them! Ended up using apple juice bottles, and yes you do need to dilute it when you've made it. If you want me to email the recipe, just let me know.
